The design of the largest undeveloped lands at the centre of the downtown core breaks down into two parts; lands from the CN Tower to Spadina were to be an Entertainment Precinct – the theme established by the CN Tower and the Skydome; the lands between Spadina and Bathurst were to be a Residential Precinct containing high and medium rise Condominiums.
